Dr. Adediran is focused on the issues that matter most to families here from boosting community safety and supporting education to tackling fly-tipping and protecting our precious green spaces.
He is currently leading the petition to stop the proposed development off Chalkpit Avenue and Save St Paul’s Cray Green Belt fighting to protect our cherished open land from overdevelopment that would pile pressure on roads, schools, GPs, and local services.
Dr. Adediran is committed to listening to residents, attending community events, and delivering real improvements ensuring St Paul’s Cray’s interests are properly prioritised at the Borough level. Join him in standing up for our ward!

MANIFESTO
I am not your typical politician. I came from very humble beginnings poor, and a secondary-school dropout. I fought back, earned a PhD, and went on to lecture politics at several UK universities. Although my life is proof that hard work, enterprise, and personal responsibility can change lives, it also gives me an understanding of what some families and individuals in our community are going through better than others. This is why I’m best placed to deliver real results for our ward.
Schools must prepare every child for success. From dropout to a lecturer, I know the transformative power of education I’ll fight to channel resources to struggling schools and uphold high standards.
This campaign is about restoring safety, pride, and opportunity. I’ll lead regular safety meetings with police, housing, businesses, youth services and residents to target hotspots parks, high streets, and back lanes. I’ll push for a 25% rise in visible patrol hours where budgets allow and press for more CCTV in problem locations, subject to police agreement. I’ll back youth mentoring and practical programmes, including strength-based classes, to help redirect the boundless energy of our kids into more productive endeavour.
Our greenbelt and local green spaces are precious. This is why I am currently leading the fight against the proposed development off Chalkpit Avenue. I will press for strong protections such as Article 4 directions and oppose development that chips away at what makes our area special. I will map flytipping hotspots and demand council clean-ups within 48 hours of reports, plus a permanent PSPO for persistent littering after public consultation.
On May 7, vote for competence, for an active and strongleadership, that will protect our streets, support families, and rebuild pride in St Paul’s Cray. Vote Adediran, Bola on the ballot.
